What is WYLDA?

WYLDA, the West Yorkshire Local Development Agencies partnership, is a structured network with full and associated membership. Full membership is open to voluntary and community sector organisations and networks that deliver a significant proportion of infrastructure support in West Yorkshire. Our associated members are those voluntary and community sector organisations and statutory partners who fall outside the full membership criteria.

WYLDA acts as the voluntary and community sector support and development forum for West Yorkshire. WYLDA operates at a sub-regional and district level to support good communication between voluntary and community sector support and development organisations and to develop joint working opportunities to maximise resources across West Yorkshire.

WYLDA also links with regional bodies to develop partnerships and provides representation on external bodies.
