WYLDA's Terms of Reference are reviewed annually, and were updated in September 2009.
Memorandum of Understanding
This WYLDA Memorandum of Understanding is a positive statement confirming that WYLDA members are committed to the principle of working in close partnership with each other. In practice this means that WYLDA members have a responsibility to collaborate and exchange ideas and views, at an early stage, on all issues where there may be a mutual interest. WYLDA will give proper consideration to the comments received on all issues and take action where appropriate.
The Memorandum of Understanding was last updated in October 2009.
